Brassiere

I was kicking around some debris on the floor and saw a red Met State logo poking out... it turned out to be on a bra!

Well that would be useful if someone ran off half naked! LOL could you imagine someone finding an escaped male patient out on the town in one of these? ROTF! :D
God I'm so insensitive.
And I, for one, thank you for not taking it and selling it on eBay.
That one's been around awhile! LOL
I cant believe they even have their own lingerie line. WOW
Some form of torture. They shoved all the patients' boobs into bras two sizes too small. OH THE AGONY!!!
I bet this is the next form of dress code my old high school will implement next...

I must say its a rather interesting place to find a logo...
I sure hope you attended an all-female high school . . . =8-o
Heheh nope, but I should have phrased it as they will require their logo on every piece of clothing one wears..sockes, shoes, etc. We had the logo on our shirts twice....once on the shirt, one on the nametag. And they were both on the same side because we had to wear the nametag on the left side *headdesk*
Wow, I would have been so tempted to take it, even though I'm so against taking things out... I mean, that's just TOO bizarre to leave for the wrecking ball! But I agree with Lynne, thanks for not selling it on eBay.

(trying so hard to be good today...)
hey that looks like my size ;-)
this is my first time, but i just haft to make a comment on this picture. my imagination just run away, and i thinkin of the patient hwo has once owned it.. and now is just lies there on the floor.
OMG Sketchie, is that really YOU??
Now there's some industrial strength underwear there boy. Try popping that one off with one hand! And would I have wanted to try?
autoguy, I think I might be up to the one handed challenge with this one... Looks like it's the "four clasp" style, where you have to use three fingers and a thumb instead of two. :)
Sketch it sounds like you are a professional at removing bras. lol
wow! Wonder where the matching panties are! ;)
Now there's a question Dora!
Sketch, you know as much about womens panties as you do about bras? :D
God these comment areas are getting raunchy!
Way to label your Bra...reminding you that those are states property!
PxB, is it the bra that's state property or what's inside? Just curious which way you meant... :D
Looks like they made it out of a potato sack. Man bet the gals LOVED wearing those!
i am sure that was fun to find
that ia one hell of a boulder holder!!!
beautiful, i gotta get me one of those......
Boulder holder -- hahahahahah that's a new one!
So this is what they use for S&M these days...what a waste.
imagine unclipping your dates bra and seeing that.......
LOL once when I was back home on holiday my wee cousin and I put a bra on my older, guy, cousin. He was passed out drunk at the time. Lord you all should have seen the look on his face when he woke up wearing a flame red, satin bra with see through lace on it with frills. Sexy!
LOL at least I have the movie camera image to always remember it by. :-)
I shoudl send him this picture and show him the next line of women's apparl we are going to make him wear if he doesn't buy us all the soda and sweets we want at the store! :-D
Motts, do you ever take along any souviners? Maybe you can't say but I think I would.
Now THAT'S what I call "getting support from the state."
thanks chippy, that is the best comment ever!!!! I can't stop laughing.
Every once in a while, my mouth-words do right by some.
ROFL...you guys are too hilarious. Thanks for brightening my incredibly boring day at work (like usual)!
almost looks like a stright jacket
I could use that kind of support.........getting old aint for sissies!
Well....i guess if i had a choice...between a chasity belt or one of these.....
I think it looks like a straight jacket too.
were these places coed?
not quite ann summers
You know. I too think that is a straight jacket. Imagine us women on here, not to mention the males that are suppose to be experts on female underware removal, and we don't know a bra from a straight jacket.. lmao!
This is Victoria Secret's industrial line for their winter selection.
hmm...

me thinks me would have bleached that bad boy. =]
You should have taken it to keep not to sell or anything but it is probably one of the last left. and its going to be destroyed anyway. i urge you to go backa nd get it :O
I agree with Lynne. The respect you show in capturing but leaving the scene as is....that makes all the difference.
bahaha That must've been hell for whoever had to wear that so called "bra"....she must've been HUGE!!! lmao
It's a mini straight jacket. Kind of makes me wonder how supportive it is compared to the bras today
You know you're in bad shape when even your underwear isn't your own. :-)
what an interesting find, i don't think i would have taken it though.
Maybe it's a post surgical bra that they give patients to wear after having open heart surgery. I've never seen one with a hospital logo though.
I know at the state hospital where I worked, if someone were put on a level they would have all things that they could hurt themselves with (including a bra) taken away and then as they decreased in level they were able to get more back. So once they were allowed to have a bra again they first had to use a state bra (logo and all) because they didn't have wire and they were just made differently so that there wasn't a chance of the patient hurting themselves again.
...and people think fake "prison issue" garb is funny.
