That thing reminds me of an old drive0in theatre speaker. I thought so in the picture before this one.

General Electric. Where ~progress~ is our most important product.
We're giving our ages away Pa, but I can see exactly what you mean!
And *I* thought we were showing our ages by making comments about the Beatles' "Butcher" cover. 8`-)

Wow, um... I'm not showing my age, but until recently I HAD the butcher cover...

That thing wasn't on, was it Motts? Probably just the light from the window, but it looks like a bluish reflection on the chair, and it reminds me of those evil lights...
Nah the power had been disconnected.
Why is it that all dentistry equipment looks oddly sinister? Does fear in the patient have some strange unknown effect that makes the dentist's job easier? Or, as I have long suspected, maybe dentists are strange demons from the fires of hell who subsist on fear and uneasiness. Look around. The evidence is everywhere.
At first: Greetings from Austria!
Motts - your pics are great!
The thing hanging over the dentist's chair is a X-Ray for single teeth ....
idunno, i like the colors , but the content is killing me, beauty meets pain?

This is such a beautiful shot. I would enjoy it more if there wasn;t graffiti. Urgh, kids..

It looks like blood on the headrest area.
i hate it here i hate it there
i really hate the dentist chair
icky wicky eeeew...
That brought tears to my eyes-That scares me horribly for some reason.
Seeing as a hygienist named Marcia does most of MY dental work, yeah, I'd generalize fear to "The Chair".
Man, Did you happen to by chance get that old GE X Ray tube head?? Me, and my partner Jeremy Turner have been searching high and low for a tube like this. We collect old medical equipment, and machines from abandoned hospitals. We have like 2 storage sheds full of old various equipment from the mid 70's to late 80's. This was the good old stuff made to last, and last. The dentist chair is actually neat, on me and Jeremy's home theater room we have 2 of these same simular chairs, that are from early 1980's that we use as theater chairs.
I can just hear the high pitched "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!" Noise of the drill, No thank you, mister dentist
And Marathon Man.
Back in '72 I was getting a tooth drilled on that chair and I got "agitated" when they did not give me enough novicane, so they injected me with 1000 mg of thorazine. Fun place! NOT!!!
