Overgrown

Thankfully the thorn bushes didn't invade the courtyard like the rest of the place!

The building ahead is the newer addition to the one behind the camera.

You certainly had (hopefully ) a welcome committee. The non-physicals were watching from the bushes, windows and zooming from the trees to get a good look at you.
i love this websit .u do a good job!
A graveyard remains on a nearby hilltop with 1,041 numbered, nameless graves of persons who died in this institution. A handwritten list of their names survives in various archives.

these places are so cool... do you ever get scared? toxins, lead paint, police, getting hurt in a bad place..
really this is a real question.. do you ever run into ghosts?? or weird stuff???
Mona Lisa,
If this place is in New England, you chances of "stepping on a snake" in the brush are practically nil, and your chances of stepping on either one of the two species of native venomous snakes are even closer to nil than that!
I think this was actually called [something else, but because I want to respect the site owner's wishes, I will not name it publicly] ...
Motts is taking me to places and doing things I've always enjoyed doing. I guess it's the adventure and the thinking of what used to be, I don't know. Wish you could carry a movie camera and do a walk through with it. That would be so fantastic!!!Thank-you again for such a great website and the really interesting info!
KUDOS ! to you Mr. Motts for keeping the watchful camera eye on some of what I consider to be the most beautiful architectural buildings in our land....saddly most of them are falling into ruin quickly.......how do we contribute to the funding to keep these masterpieces from slipping inot the past?
I would love to see pic of old graveyards, I think their very intresting.
Looks like part of an area where I had to park for locobazooka back in 1999, if it is where I think it is, there is a new school built on or very near to this property
It looks like my high school.
See "DONATE" secton above!!!
Sorry "Section" !!
I would love to explore these places!
