honestly, I highly doubt a patient did this. almost all the graffiti and marks like this one come from vandals, not from the patients that were once here.

Well anyone can tell that's not blood; it's too bright. When blood oxidizes, it turns to a mix of dark rust/brown. Besides that, who said it was done when a patient was there? Could have been some clown who sucks at tagging.
