Yes, awesome contrasts there. The red light almost looks like a fire burning.....but the stars moving is caused by the shutter delay while taking the picture...

in this picture i kinda see someone standing in one of the windows.. i know it is just the lighting in the window but in the window all the way to the right of the building 2nd row up from the ground 2nd window in.. it looks like a lady with her hair up lookin out the window..haha thats what i see

I like the red light it gives the building an interesting look kind of a sinister look.

I WORKED AT THE HOSPITAL IN 1962 ON THE 4F WARD (ACUTE WARD) , IT BREAKS MY HEART TO SEE SUCH A GREAT LANDMARIK AND BEAUTFUL BUILDINGS COME DOWN. OK, I've looked at a ton of Motts galleries now, and amazing tho his pics are, this is the first one I've seen where I would swear someone is standing upstairs in the window on the right. Just sayin'...

yes it does look like a figure looking out. May be a curtain hanging there? It's a great photo and that 'figure' is haunting.
