This place looks like photos I have seen of inside old jails. Minus the bars
I do believe that the former residents of these forgotten buildings thought of it as such.
These windows are gone now. All the windows except for some of the glass block ones have been removed. I suppose this was done in preparation for the pending demolition.
Did U guys see aomeone in the 2'nd floor window?????
