I wonder what that means.....a prisoner's name?
It's the line you cross to go into your cell.
The fine line between order and chaos.
It is the line that marks the end of the cell block, if you are prisoner you can not cross the line without escort
Dang it, now I have the Johnny Cash song in my head (I walk the line)

As always, great pictures Mott. They really bring out the emotions in me.
BETTER THAN don't bring your guns to town, son.
It is a ski companys logo sticker http://www.lineskis.com/
Line...the most feared gang in the jails.
that paint looks really fresh, especially compared to the other paint in the jail. i aggree with ed, though.
I Walk The Line

Johnny Cash
its a ski company idiots
I can see how ski equipment would be handy to have here.
i dont wana burst any body's bubble but that exact line tag is LINE ski company.. :( someone must have been there before i used to rep their stuff.. so some punk must have felt obligated to rep for his skis on a prison cell door
I keep a close watch on this heart of mine
I keep my eyes wide open all the time.
I keep the ends out for the tie that binds
Because you're mine,
I walk the line

I find it very, very easy to be true
I find myself alone when each day is through
Yes, I'll admit I'm a fool for you
Because you're mine,
I walk the line
[these lyrics are found on http://www.songlyrics.com]

As sure as night is dark and day is light
I keep you on my mind both day and night
And happiness I've known proves that it's right
Because you're mine,
I walk the line

You've got a way to keep me on your side
You give me cause for love that I can't hide
For you I know I'd even try to turn the tide
Because you're mine,
I walk the line

Long live the legend, Johnny Cash
Looks like a movie.

Charlie Manson quoted a line from that song to Tom Snyder in thier 1983 interview.
It's the thin blue line.
what, no "walk the line"??
