Could be the smaller dining hall of Kitchen O on the eastern side, there was an atrium alongside the hall through which they entered . Looks like that atrium outside of the windows.
The kitchen had dining halls on either side.

That thing on the floor sort of looks like an electrical fan but I am not for sure and that other thing is a fire department water hose.

Confirmed from close observation- distant object is an electric fan. They were wasteful leaving that there!
