I was in Wordester State once not as resident but an evplorer . I must have been in a different part of the hospital because I was in a room with Snoopy painted on the wall and the Red Baron, did you ever see that room Motts? Please let me know Buddytwou@aol.com

Any idea what the rotunda was used for, or what it housed?
And p.s. did you have a chance to drive down BEHIND all of this? there's a super creepy playground that's all overgrown back there...I think there used to be some kind of camp there at one point....just recently worked up enough nerve to check it out! haha

I heard the round buildings were for patients that heard voices and back then they thought that the voices were coming from the cracks of the walls. I don't know if this is true. THERE WAS A CAMP THERE AT ONE TIME....CAMP JOY. THIS WAS A DAY CAMP FOR THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED.THEY WOULD HOLD DANCES THERE AND I WOULD HAVE DRIVE DOWN TO PICK HER UP EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT...VERY CREEPY

ALSO, MY STEP FATHER WAS THE CHIEF ENGINEER AND HE RAN THE BOILERS IN THE 70'S, 3RD SHIFT. I REMEMBER VISITING HIM THERE ONE TIME AT NIGHT ...VERY HUGE AND CREEPY .
