Ha! 8`-) anna, I was wondering why you were clearing your throat ("hrm") until I saw that this is someone's name. 8`-)
LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, I can hear the echos in this shot.........
this is a very ornate pic, very beautiful
How grand.
A great space, such a shame. I love the windowed alcove. Too bad this place didn't reincarnate like what's been done to alot of old factories in MA-made into condos or apartments.
The angle makes this picture awesome. And it looks like there are stains on the floor. It could it be water or blood or rust.
There is a softness to these arches and they existed as anti rooms for t.v. or perhaps an aquarium. Mainly though, they were used for eviseration and the torture of mad people. Give me break, stains on the floor>
Stop it, Johnny Mac, you are knocking me out! 8`-)
I've noticed that you have to see most pictures at least twice to see the beauty in them.. Perhaps im browsing them too fast? :)

This shot is great anyway!
the way it just opens up like that on the right hmm i wonder exactly what it was for ??
Johnny Mac what is or was your profession? I love reading your comments along with Lynns you guys bring life to these as my child says"dead places:
Beautiful!!
i've stood there and it makes me so sad to know that its all gone. we spent the night there once in highschool on a dare and as creepy as it was it was an amazing building and we forgot to be scared when we started walking around checking things out. it had more of a feeling of intense sadness than anything creepy.
