These looked like huge cranes for lifting ships... they seemed to be dumped on top of an old rusting barge, it didn't look like they could be supported much longer!

I just checked google's sattelite view of the area and these cranes are still there, looking completely white and out of place among the rust.
chec out google earth you can see them plain as day looks different from that vantage point
