Who--in their right mind--would walk willingly up those steps? Oh, wait, Motts did! Motts is a wonderful photographer, with a wild, dark side!
really enjoying this one, Mr. Motts.
It has a demure 'come hither' look, I think.
Yes it does, as does so many of your works do, AGAIN Thank you, Kind Sir.

(Bows and kisses Lord Motts Hand)
With her own Decorous look of her own, I bet!
Sometimes it looks creepier from the outside...
Hey twug! I walked up these steps, tried to get in. I'm not sure if im in my right mind or not, but i did walk up those steps.
Hey, another fact is that this building (not sure if it is this one) is actually being torn down and built into a police station! Pretty ironic, police are gonna turn into the ghostbusters with all them ghosts haunting those grounds!
not a police station but high end housing it ticks me off to see this place go its beauty and mistery is unequaled ive herad somany oldtimers talk of this place with a haunting look i was told that on a summer night on that street one was use to hearing screams from the expiremnts being done on the patients
That was just me doing a term project.
Since there seem to be a lot of references to "people screaming" on this site, I'll just say that, yes, some people do scream and you can hear them from outside, and naturally you'll think the worst and think someone must be getting beaten or something worse, but usually, almost always, it's much more mundane. In crowded, noisy wards it can be a way to get some attention. Or perhaps another client stole someone's snack and the person screams. Some people used to scream any time you directed them to use the bathroom. Very rarely is what is happening inside as bad as it can sound from the outside.
Nevermind school of rock ... this is the school of HELL.
Thats' good.

They still experiment on people.
Hopefully the police, the governor, the protective service agency, etc. were called whenever the screams of the patients were heard. If people really thought the patients were being tortured and just sat back and let it happen....at least the residents of the towns around the Nazi death camps claimed to have never had any idea of what was going on.

But I'd probably scream too, if someone tried to do any "expire-mnts" on me. I'd like to live a few more years. :-)
Perfect for a horror film
I had a relative that stayed here many years ago and he hung himself in a tree outside, these places were not well secured back then
