I'm not sure what this does; it seems to have something to do with the ventilation of the adjoining room.

That's definitely a blower, and it appears to have a heat/cool exchanger below, so it looks like some sort of a/c unit.

It's an electric furnace, complete with A/C coil. the triangular piece in the bottom is the A/C coil, the box above the blower has electric elements in it.

It's an AC air handler. Looks like it may be due for a filter change. Just saying...

Straight air conditioning unit, filter housing, inverted A-coil, blower and controls. Refrigerant lines are obvious. No electric or other sources of heat shown.
