Great contrast, the rotting wood falling at its own rate with the almost unchanged look of the windows and the hypnotic looking walls.

When I was renovating the upstairs of my house all the old walls were that ugly turqoiuse color. It was used in the 40's-50's. Such an ugly color.

the back wall looks untouched, like in those scary movies where an illusion lures you to your death, which I am pretty sure is what would happen if you stepped into that room
