Seclusion Room Door

Seclusion Room Door

Another look at the heavy duty door... I noticed the metal bar sticking out away from the door lined up with the one protruding from the door frame. I suppose this gave the door a useable handle when it was open, but once it shut it prevented the person inside from trying to yank it open.

Another very creepy door.If they had a contest for place with most creepy doors and windows this one would get it hands down.
Were the holes in the seclusion window painted over?!
That type of handle arrangment is known as a Tamperproof half elliptical, btw.
Honestly this door haunts me because i have had a nightmare about a door very similar to this.
Motts, please-oh-please tell me how careful you are again when you're in these rooms. Can you imagine how much it would suck if that door shut when you were in there? You at least prop it open, or have someone outside, right??? That's now on my list of worst ways to die: stuck in an abandoned hospital in a seclusion room, starving to death! ~shudder~
Wow, amazing shot, sure wouldn't want to be stuck in there with no way out!
i agree ... i mean accidents happen and some places are haunted do you do anything to prevent such a thing from happening? i would seriously hate being stuck in any of the places you go after dark with no way out... shivers... email justicedreams24@aol.com let me know!
i dont know i can think of worse ways to die in a hospital (but its deffently ont he top 10 horrible ways to die in hospital)
Motts....I know that you travel to these places with some one? You don't go alone do you?
