The large toilet in front had a large pipe connected at the bottom rather than a bucket, it must have somehow connected to the sewage system. In the background are lifts used to raise and lower patients into the hydrotherapy tubs.

which floor was this in and which building? was it one of the back ones?
That's one big toilet seat, unless it's just the perspective of the shot. Maybe it had another type of seat that fit over it.
