what in the bloody hell is that?
It's the frame for an old thingamajiggit somethingorother watchamacallit doohickey, what did you think it was?

Motts: Where is this place? I googled "Roseville State School" and only came up with your site. Did the institution go by a different name?
Oh, I read Motts' intro page. He uses pseudonyms for the lesser known places. That way troublemakers can't go there. Very conscientious.
This is an old mechanical hydraulic cradle lift - see at this site:
http://www.spectrummedicalinc.com/dme/lftpat/index.htm
You put the sling around the person, attach it to the lift, crank them up into the air using the hydraulic lift, move the lift to where ever you want the person to be, and position the person over where you want to place them - the bed, the bathtub, the toilet, their wheelchair, etc. You lower them, detach the sling, and voila! Here you are - not dropped and staff with no back problems!
Its a lift. I visited today, and it's definetly a lift.
It is actually called [edited as per site policy] and I like less than a mile away. The buildings are beautiful, although a little creepy.
Live... not like

You can tell I'm learning a lot at college cant you!
yeah, its also known as [Name removed per site policy - Admin.], i've been there, but it's getting harder to get into, someone set fire to a building recently and security is tight.
security's not that tight. if you get in before 11:30 there's no security patrol but be careful of the staff that still drive past
THIS IS AUGLY SCHOOL
clean our community help the world stay clean maybe we will have a bette community.
Lynne's right, it's the framework from a patient lift, we call them Hoyer lifts.
They need something like this in one of the nursing homes here. Lots of shoulder problems, they're doing it the hard way.
