Little Blue Room

Me eyes may be playing tricks on me, but that looks like a girl in a nightgown coming out of door number four.

Excellent shot. If you look to the right inside the doorway of the blue room, you can see a facial profile, with a hand under the chin. Of course it's just peeling paint - but it looks spooky.

I can't believe I am saying this, but I can actually see this as well. Kind of a ghoulish looking little girl, eh? Now I'll see this "face" every time I look at this shot.

ok, I dont see the girl in the night gown... but, I do see a very vivid face in the blue room - look a little to the left just below the top door frame on the wall, it looks like she lis looking slightly upward and coming through the wall. Anyone else see what I mean?

I see her. I also see what appears to be a profile side of a man just above to the the left that seems to look as if it's coming out of the wall.

These pictures are very well done. I like the name of the site too. I got the connection. You guys must be pro's.

I just have to say again what a good job you guys did on these photos. You must work for the industry and if not, you should.

If you look where the painting is, you see what looks like the body, legs, and arm of a girl around the time the building was made. The painting is where her head should be...

I don't know about anything coming out of the door, but I see plenty of faces all throughout the picture. The first one I saw was on the frame of the third door down. Some figure on the doorframe. I also see the one in the blue room, FREAKY! In between the fourth and fifth doors I see a moaning face, and just below that I see the shadow of a figure from the shoulders up. But I can't see the girl for my life. Am i matrixing on the other pictures?

I must be the least visually imaginative person in the world, because I can't see anything in this picture. Hallway, doors, light, shadows. I can see how it would be easy for the mind to form patterns out of the shadows, the peeling paint, etc., but I just don't see the things you guys are talking about no matter how hard I try.

hey, if you look in the second door(the one next to the blue room) right where the floor meets the wall, it looks like a woman sitting in a chair(which isnt there) and she has her arms folded on her lap and she is in a gown. I dunno, i might be cRaZy! =P

Incredible picture...What a creepy but amazing place!I must see it for myself and yes I noticed the little girls face at first glance.It is probably just an illusion but I have no doubt genuine paranormal activity goes on in a place like that and it may be more than just a simple illusion.

I see the girl by the 4th door and what appears to be a lady on the floor, not sure if its from the light or not..

yep, I saw the girl instantly, its just our imagination working beautifully...but it sure looks real, and definitely spooky.

A midnight tour of this place and we'd end up in an asylum.

Ilaynay, maybe you just need someone to be there to point them out to you, im sure you would see what we are talking about. They are most likely paint peeling off the walls, (the one in the blue room is pretty realistic though) some of them are pretty interesting. (it might also depend on what kind of monitor your using too...)
As for the "Midnight tour" Im game for that!!

You know if you looked at this same door up close you probably wouldn't even notice the image.And Rob you have to look closely but just stare directly at the blue door and nothing else and you'll get it.

I can totally see everything... very eerie.

Does anyone see the scratches on the floor besides the girl?

I was a bit freaked by the girls face in door #1, but if you look between door #2 and #3 and look at the brown spot on the at the lower part of the white part of the wall, and follow it down into that faded area... if looks almost like someone being tortured on the wall... now thats creepy.

this pic is almost a little disturbing. all this faces and bodies. at the moment its 2.38am here and i think about better not have watched this pic at right this time. 8-o

WOW.....this is simply an amazing pic....if you stare at this pic long enough...things tend to move...and like it seems like somethinf keeps walking in the 3rd room!

I agree with you, I come back to look at this pic often, its very haunting!

I am a paranormal investigator, albeit just an ameteur. I see many planes and shadows great for matrixing. I do see what appears to be a gown ow a little girl but if you look closely its just the play of shadows and light. This is my opinion and mine alone. I belong to an online paranormal group and one thing they have taught me is debunk debunk debunk...That way when you can no longer debunk it, the proof will stare you in the face. I would like to share some of my paranormal photographs with you sometime-then you can see an apparition or 2 of little girls and a picture of a priest and af yet another man that are all still haunting a local old catholic school in my hometown..If you arent a believer before you see my photos you will be after!

WHen I look at this pic from my creative point of view, I see the one light in a midst of several shadows..The "blue room" seems to have a light of its own while the others remain dark. I'm sure this is how many felt as they started to gain sanity back again amonst others that would be lost forever..

Yesterday, the Sci Fi Channel had a marathon of all the Ghost Hunters shows. I watched quite a lot of them, and my brain is totally fried. However, they did have the Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Kentucky which would be comparable to many of the sites in Opacity. Pretty creepy!!

I wonder if they did one with Byberry yet? If not, they really should.

i see mao tse tung having a family picnic next to door three, and mickey mouse in the blue room,,no wait ..thats definitely minnie and shes sewing a dress or a skirt or something and then on the hallway theres a real clear image on schwatzennegger taking the oath of office in a silver suit and a cigar in his mouth. everyone else see this??

I see the face in the blue room and the girl further down the hall. When I was looking for the face in the blue room I was close to the screen and one moment it wasn't there the next it was It made me snap back from the screen!.

It took me a minute to notice it, but you can see what looks like a feminine face and hand near the right-hand side of the doorway into the blue room. I can also imagine seeing part of her dress in the little bit of sunlight streaming into the room from the opposite side of the wall.
Tricks of the mind, maybe?

And then, not seeing it before, I scrolled back up and straight away the girls face in the blue room was staring at me...
Then my music started playing again and I jumped.

photographically, this is a great shot. That being said, I gotta tell you my first impression of it:
A couple years ago I visited Dachau. The doors and the hallway brought that trip back to mind...
...sigh, but of course this pic is much brighter, it only brought a memory for a moment.

its kinda half a face of a girl coming out of the blue room, her head slightly down, with her left hand on her chin and her right hand hanging at her side

Casting shadows in a pale shade of blue! Reminds of lryics to a song. It's called 'Blue' by The Birthday Massacre. I love that song!
