Basements arent bad, its whats in them that is.....
not to take away from it -- it could be that someone moved the bed into the basement for the "effect" (not who took this photo) but others... there are so many urban explorers in and out of this site...
True ghost hunters will NOT go to places without permission from the owners as it is trespassing - I would love to go to Pennhurst to do an investigation - I used to work there - but as "true ghost hunters" we respect the law. Photograph all the asbestos while you are trespassing on Commonwealth of Pennsylvania owned property.
