Ah childhood memories! My father bought a victorian house from the son of the original owner. One day I found the stairs to the attic, whoch looked JUST LIKE THIS! Even better, there was TONS of junk in the attic including vintage toys and 1940s WWII era comic books! My sister and I were in heaven!
My house is like this actually we have steps like this but much more narrow. My whole basement has like stairwells that lead to walls and you can actually got to the 3rd floor and go down INTO the walls, you walk between rooms and can listen to poeples conversations. (Great for me when i think im about to get in trouble, i just listen to my parents! :D)
My in-laws have a very old house that this picture reminds me a little of. That house has so much history! When my in-laws and my husband moved into that house they found old slides that were labeled and dated from the early 1900s. They also found old newspapers that were used as wallpaper when they went to replace the walls. Even more recently than that a cult lived in this house. The place has alot of interesting history, some of which we don't know about yet, I'm sure.
To Mnementh, speaking of 1940s WWII era comic books, imagine you found a varnished wooden case.....containing a beautiful, excellent World War II .45 ACP automatic pistol with target style rear sights, and the case also contains 15 extra magazines of .45 ACP ammunition, each magazine holds 10 rounds.
Yep, those are really old attic steps.
Heh, my buddy almost fell through a step on a staircase that is very similar to this. I thought he was gone, and i had warned him about the step coming up!
What building is this?
I think this pic is butiful!!!! the stairs look exactly like the stairs to my grammas secret room...
my family owns an old hotel, and there is an old hidden stairway. It's said a man murdered someone and hid their body under the staircase. We found bits of bone near that staircase...
Wow...Thats kinda creepy ???? I've never found anything like that under my Grammay's Staircase....
Now this is a weirdly angled shot. Interestingly done, capturing well the oddity of the scene. Reminds me sort of the legendary classic series BATMAN, when the villain battles took place and how they angled the camera. Why did they do that? Because they were crooks! So it had to look crooked! All in all, excellent shot Motts...

Question: What is the last letter of the word "hospital"?
