As Lynne has taught us... This is Mott's Teleportation Device. Only he is showing off an older version.

I love those things. I see them alot in other pictures on this site, so I guess they're oftenly left behind. They're like eyes. Eyes who have seen doctors cutting people open. Eery thought.
