This is a killer shot. I think it's cool that one day someone was in one of these, the next day it was stored in the basement. Along comes Motts, 30? 40? years later and takes a picture. For a moment, it has a purpose again. Cooool.
THIS WHEELCHAIR IS A CLASSIC! ANY FARTHER BACK THAN THIS AND I THINK YOU HAVE WOODEN WHEELS.
what is even cooler is that tb isn't common anymore and most of us don't know what most of this stuff is or was used for. Thank God for penicillin and tb testing for people and cattle. No longer do we have to worry about our kid's milk carrying a deadly pathogen or the person next to us coughing on us and putting us in a place like this one.
Question, where these old wheelchairs still used when the place was shut down?

if not why do they still have them?
Wow. I saw a a wheelchair from the same time period at an antique barn just yesterday. Very creepy.
