what were those oddly shaped containers on the floor used for?

they were probably part of the cabnetry near the floor that opened in a "pull out " fascion

me and the boys found a lot of old medical equipment on the top floor of the main hospital in cabinets just like those

Hey I'm definitly going exploring in a small section of The Merrimack Valley Hospital In Haverhill MA soon, they shut it down 4 ish years ago, and I've been aching to go in it. It's in a suburb, but there;s not a lot of cops, and I know the neighbors! I can tell you what it's like incase it sparks your interest!

I like this picture. Those cabinets remind me of my grandfather's house. I also like, what I think is an ashtray at the end of the counter.
