I was thinking it was a Lazy-Ass Susan, but that's something totally different.
What if it is female?
You should get a job writing people's resumes, kind of like describing a bag boy at a grocery store as a "Nutrition Delivery Systems Analyst".
To my way of thinking though, a "nutrition delivery systems analyst" might have to check the working order of the "vertical nutrition propulsion system".
