it still look's creepy and haunted if you ask me.i would'nt go no where near the place.
It's a great spot to kick back an enjoy a beer, that's for sure.

How right you are!
I work with the mentally handicapped and looking at this place kind of puts it in perspective why they have some of the behaviors that they do. These pics are awesome, you did a GREAT job capturing the errie essence of this place.
i been to w-6 my self . and i spray painted the door which some sort of sheet metal was on it. i never seen the morgue because i couldnt find it . i been in Byberry numerious times and i am opsessed with it.
why do you feel you have the right to paint on things or on buildings that are no yours? How would you feel if someone did that something of your?

I grew up across the street from the hospital...theres a hundred stories I could tell...from a patient who let him self into my neighbors to old Uncle Frank and his harmonica

W-6 has a long history. At one time the "East Unit" relocated there. It was last occupied by the SMRU who moved there from C-8,9&10 in the summer of 1988. Last patient left in February 1989.

W-6 was known as the "senile ward" at one time. It housed the older patients with dementia (inc. alzheimers) along with its twin building, W-7.
I had friend who climbed that pipe to the left to get to the roof
