Fantastic shot. Was this sunlight through windows or lighting that still worked by some weird miracle?
Natural.
There's more natural light on the upper floors of the more highly trafficked buildings due to the *visitors* kicking the boards off of the windows.
Buck is a pretty cool guy. I met him in Byberry
Tara says hi!
Natural Light? As in beer? lol
That's weird. I've been to Byberry four times and I've only seen people once, and they were the most unlikely people to find inside, environmental inspectors.
I've met, travelled, guided, and partied with dozens of folks there a multitude of times.
The only electric lights that still work are the light posts along the driveways. I Know of a few people who have actually wired christmas lights on the roof of W-7. when I ran into them last weekend, they were all throwing the roof moldings off the roof.
who is buck i see him everywhere when i go to byberry
I would enjoy meeting him
Buck is a very cool old-school, long-haired, bearded Metalhead bass player who knows Byberry like the back of his hand. Big hulking, dangerous, but friendly dude.
Sounds kinda like you, Mr. Radical Ed, sir.
I've always called you that. You just now noticed? Beer musta kicked in.
Buck's description sound's like me!

Old schooler's seem to run rampant there, wish I had something like this by me!

We could have an 80's SLAYER worship club or something!!

HELL AWAITS!
... At Dawn they sleep...
I see byberry buck tags at kings park
You HAVE to see rats in these places!
The most I've seen was a wee little mouse, only once, in the catacombs. there's nothing left for rats or anything else to eat in there, the place is nothing other than steel and concrete, and a bit of wood.
Almost as if someone is still watching over the ward.
Nurse Ratchet is always watching
these windows would be broken but they are made of plexiglass
they knoked it down
back in the 90's around halloween they did a haunted mansion here, crazed workers and insanty. i worked the mansion several years. awesome place to see, great spooky experiences
BECKA what year did you do the mansion, i was one of the managers of said haunted mansion
Becka & Fischer - I used to work the "Haunted Mansion" as well. Like 91 - 93. Me and my brother worked there. I bet I know who fischer is. You still have that flashlight???
I went through the Haunted Mansion when Eagle 106 was there....Had a blast it was great
i miss this place so much. nurses stations were a great place to post up and smoke some herb.
man. how can people defile old relics filled with memories and beauty with cheap giggles and graffity.
