aiyo, thats where we chill for hours, just sittin on that same roof... im 12, and thats how i spend my well earnded time, lol

i live near the mansion... and brownie aint a problem, not if you get on good terms w/ him. h took me back there, showed me all of the spots everone hangs out at and how they get there.
if you climb up to the top of the other water tower not pictured you will find my initals and the date i did it carved up top on the water tower hey who do you know back on saco rd??
ALOT of people.....mainy its the woods that go back w/ me....and the water tower u are talking about is way too overgrown to make it all the way up, if its the one u r talking about. is it the one where you can jump from one of the platforms onto the roof, than its too overgrown.
is this place worth going to i love pennhurst because theres so much stuff lying around is there alot of stuff here
yoo, is there a fine here like there is at pennhurst and what are the chances of getting caught at this place?
You can see the same reactor from one of the cupola's at pennhurst.
This water tower suppied the New Botteling House it opened in 1966 and was state of the art at that time! Publicker was the Largest Maker of drinking and Industrial Alohol in the world then employing 5,000 people world wide then.
yo thats place is sweet.....we recorded shit the other night and heard some crazy shit....i dont think its haunted.....does neone know if it is???
That place is def. haunted or something. Me and my buddies were there an we were going upstairs in the one building and something screamed up top and we took off and heard it again.
yeah freaky shit happens here.. does any1 know why they shut this place down, leaving alot of bottles, fork lifts, generators just chilling? and how far does this place go back?
if anyone could without any dought answer that they could be a billioneer or at least a millioneer?
i mean the question to weather this place is haunted or not.
We went here on the 23rd, went on the roof and it started to cave in! Suggestion: Be VERY careful, and don't walk on it if it looks like a friggin lake
old man brown is the owner it says so on the montgomery county website
brownie is not the owner he is the ground keeper ,three men from new york own it , they come out to check on it once in a while it is for sale, and definately strange stuff going on there. Also if you are cauht in the bond room you could face imprisonment even though it has been closed for many years.
The roofs of these buildings are very dangerous, mostly everything else is stable, I would not advise anyone to try and take another picture like this one.
Anyone know how to get in contact with the ground keeper?
