Hall of Open Doors

Hall of Open Doors

Gotta love it when one of these heavy doors slams shut behind you in the wind!

I think if one of those doors did that to me, I'd be wringing out my underwear.
Motts, hope you didn't drop your camera
Mr Motts: is that a refelction in the first door on the L of someone with a hat, and hair, or am I just imagining that??
It looks like one, I'm not sure what it really is though...
I am glad that I am not the only one that can see "something", are you sure it is not you or someone with you?????
There's an interesting effect if you take
photo and blow it up 400% (I used the
basic Microsoft Photo Editor). It IS just
coincidence so don't everyone go crazy but the pixellation makes it look like there are two eyes and a mouth below the brim of the hat...in a cartoonish sort of way.

One possibility is that its a lamp shade and there is something on the wall behind it that creates the 'brim'.
Looks like a cowboy ...
John Black; but .....(and I would love to de-bunk the picture,) is it not possible that it is something, and I am trying not to go crazy. I love to really examine the pics and try to spot out any abnormalities in them. I think that it looks like "something" standing there, but that is just me. How did you blow the pic up again? I am not vomputer savy and need step by step instructions, as you can see at times I have a hard enough time typing, let me know, thanks Renee
allright, my son who is 12yrs old helped me figure it out and holy S..T, it does look like a face and I do not belive that there is anything behind the figure on thewall, oh OMG OMG, I am crapping myself, please excuse me while I change my pants!!!!!
CLOSE THE DOOOOOOORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
open doors used to mean open to the devil taking our soul and the wrong injections
That so really does look like one of those stereo-typical mafia type characters from around prohibition. You know, the black wide brimmed hat and trenchcoat. That sort of thing you always see in movies and what not. Neat.
creepy, reminds me of my school which is really creepy! lol
For me it looks like it`s Freddy Krugger in the first door:Ocreepy!
I like that in far are some warm tones and closer to camera are kind of cold tones=)
Holly Crap!! Freddy Krugger IS in the window of that first door!
What a dismal place.. *shudder* but I guess it would have looked a bit better when it was in use.. right? Great photo however! =)
I SAW THAT TO RTOTTEN. LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE WEARING A HAT?????????????
I think that 'image' is actually something mounted or leaning on the wall in the room through that door, and you're just barely seeing it through the window panel.

Though I'm not so unwhimsical as to discount the possibility that it's the ghost of a cowboy or something...
i believe in ghosts but i don't think this is one. the shape is too geometrical for a hat of the 1940's and if there's a face it must hide right behind this light beam or what it is and the wall of the room the "person" stands in. the eyes they wanted to see are just spots of the comb-shaped window pattern in the foreground. i think it's a frightning coincidence of dark things and shadows in front of the light background.
nonetheless, walking this place, taking pictures thinking you're alone and back home, seeing the shots of the day and on the first sight there's "someone" standing there watching must be kinda creepy, no?
My guess is it's a paper towel dispenser attached to the wall inside the room on the left, the handle makes the brim of the hat. further into the room some other unidentified object makes up the shoulder / neck area.

If one of those doors slammed shut behind me when I was there alone I would be going comando for the rest of the visit...
did anyone bother to check the room to see if it was a person or not
okay, now im scared to get out of bed. Thank goodness Motts goes and takes these pictures, so i can visit without actually having to kill myself with fear...
spookity!
It looks interessting seeing all these doors open at one time waiting that one would close by its self as if someone just cosed the door but noones around it.
the entity in the pic is of a man appears to be wearing a hat. Did you feel his presense while there? He is quite strong to be so solid. I would love to know who he is.
is that youre reflection or am i just buggin out?!?
I was in this building and ran out like a bitch . a door to a shower room slammed next to me i opened it and stepped back to take a pic and it slammed even harder in my face. now way for wind to have done it crazy shit .wish i had the balls to explore more
I swear that looks like a cowboy on the left. If I remember my research correctly many shadow figures appear as cowboy looking. It is possible it is some oddly placed junk inside the room. But I a aquiver with the possiblities
How sure are you that it was the wind, Mr. Motts...?
Hate to ruin this 'REAL GHOST SIGHTING!!!!' ... But I'd tend to suspect the cowboy hat is actually a plastic moulded chair facing away in some kind of elevated position.
