From your intro I was unable to get a feel for the sort of hospital this was - was it exclusively psychiatric? I assume it was a private hospital?
Actually, it wasn't psychiatric at all, it was a municipal hospital that had certain floors dedicated for catering to the wealthy.
OK, thanks. I noticed that a lot of people were making assumptions that this had been a psychiatric facility, given some of the comments people made about "what must have gone on here." :-)
Well, when Motts puts "not for visitors to see" one can only wonder. :P
