well pulleys dont have spokes, that be a gear, but looks like a hell of alot of rust.

Well, I was just curious. Santa is quite covered with soot when he's finished doing his Christmas gig, so you never know. ;-)

Santa probably uses pulleys like this to keep his reindeer from separating at flying speeds,so I can understand the confusion, Lynne.
Last one out gets to clean up the pulley!
