This building is amazing, just getting there was an amazing adventure with my friends. The view from the top of 93 is definitely awesome too. Great place but wouldn't go back after some friends got arrested another time.
interesting panoramic view the sky looks cartoonish
There are two spectacular orbs present on the upper right, conjoined.
Thanks
It's just glare - I shot these photos facing the sun for some reason.
WAWAWAWAWAWA!!!!!!! 8`-) Motts - ever the pragmatic realist! I drink to your health! But I WILL watch in case beer orbs float out of my beverage - they can be found in the DAMNEDEST places! 8`-)
Me and my friends went their it is scary at night
It is a beautiful building, I would love to see it restored into apartments or something but I don't think I could ever live or work there.
I find that this does not capture the tragetey and the sorrow that most of your other pictures do!!
i remember when it was cross country season my coach made the whole team run around the center it was like 5 miles. I drove and walked in and around the place before but now i was really concentrating on the deserted buildings and to think about how, years ago, it was a town itself and now it is just lying there sure seems like a waste. The state or county should make it a museum.
Feel like I'm there.
My friends and I went in through a basement window back in 1997. The first four floors were hallways and rotted hospital beds, IV stands, etc... There was one staircase at one end of each hall, so we had to cross each hall to go up one flight at a time. After the fourth floor there was a staircase that went all the way up to the 17th floor. There was a door open to each floor and it was pitch black and scary as hell, but we just ran straight up. At the 17th floor it was all attic for the next four floors, with alternating single staircases, so we had to cross these floors too. It was 3 foot wise planks and on either side were pipes lined with thousands of pigeons. There were literally foot high piles of pigeon crap. We finally got to the ledge you see at the center of the building, just below the roof. We went out on this ledge, and the floor was thick glass. It was pretty cool. Anyway, we smoked a blunt up there, and ran our asses back downstairs and outta there ASA F'n P.

hi my name is me and my friends are doin a documentry for skool and need to find a way into the building. is there any one that can give me any info to get in that whould really be great. pleaze help!
yes do u have an aim ?
I saw really cool shots of building 15 and it was so so scary
The outside of building 93 looks gorges for a older building. the inside should be renovated and used for something. its a peace of history. the longer it sits the worst the condition of the building will get.
Theres still time to salvage and restore some of the buildings but time will run out if action ist takin. its a tradgedy to let these buildings sit and rot it angers me alot.
this place is HUMONGUS!
93 is one impressive building, which I lived closer to NY.
are you inside the fence...
Dude Motts i love this shot
what kind of things have people found in this building?
wait6 now that is the bigest building and i think that thaty one is still working the power plant that room and building d
i live on the island ive seen there before but never got to go there =[
its amazing
intimidating, that's for sure.
do u go to the center like everyday?
as me and my friends we just about to get in through the bottom window a cop rolls up but we didnt get arrested
The best time to come down here is during the early summer right before the sun sets. If you face the front facade of 93 the orange glow of the setting sun lights up the windows from behind. It looks as if the wards have come to life again, windows ablaze, perhaps as it once looked before the closure of this facility. This is a beautiful, albeit saddening place.
