there wasn't a soap dispenser there... those tiles are missing because they ripped the pipes out for the copper

Well from what I rember it was the room next to the morgue, MAYBE it was used to drain the fluids from the bodies....???... And yes it was disturbing....Not to mention when you first see it in the dark with the light of a flash light........
