This is where owner Tony Fedele lived from 1979 to 1986.
I blame Tony Fedele for the down fall of the Terminal. If he decided to put alarms in the building, put a large fence around the primiter, and to leave the belt line bridge still standing, the place would be in perfect condition.
Bill took me up to Tony Fedele old apartment, 2nd floor, and it was really bad. A fire swept through this area and destroyed a lot. There was a lot house magazines for designing a house. Tony Fedele made half of the 2nd floor a home. Also a lot of paper work describing selling the terminal from onwer Tony Fedele. There was a lot of rotten carbet and a lot of destroyed belongings. Thank you Bill for giving me the tour of Tony Fedele's old apartment.

PS: When the Terminal was built, there was never carpet in any of the offices. THANK YOU TONY FEDELE FOR DESTROYING THIS WONDER!
sorry ,who`s tony fedele?
Tony Fedele was a man who owned this entire comlex from 1979-1986. He removed many original artifacts and destroyed some parts of the building. He couldn't afford the place so they kicked him out.
Good Bill, and also he liked the terminal so much he made part of the 2nd floor is own apartment. He also held many events here like floor hockey, concerts, Dyngus Day and a few more events. He had a lot of ideas forthe place but her didn't have a lot of money so they kicked him out.
Broken windows... Creapy
Tony Fedele loved the terminal very much he made it his home and put as much money into it as he possibly could. The reason he lost the terminal wasn't because he couldn't afford it but because the taxes were raised on the property you can not blame him for its current condition he sold it in 1986 it's 2010 alot happens in 26 years there's no reason to blame a dead man for something that hasn't belonged to him for 26 years and honestly if the place was for sale and sold for only 75 thousand obviously the city of buffalo didn't care about it very much so stop being so judgmental of a man that none of you knew that's all I have to say
I like tha way you think Coty, and I agree whole heartedly- he has been long gone since the distruction of the building and what it looks like today is paritially the city of Buffalos' fault. If it were a priority it would be fixed.
