The first image I got looking at this picture, admittedly disturbing, was off a patient sitting down, doubled over and puking into the bin!
This pic reminded me of my 3rd grade classroom, same wastebasketr, and aweful colored furniture!!!
that chair is worth money
was this in the childrens ward?
that's what I was thinking too... "complete with puke bucket"
LOVE THAT CHAIR!!!!! I would so take that if I had the chance. I know we are not suppose to but IT IS SO COOL!!!
awesome! this picture makes me so...happy for some strange odd reason
Well thats a nice bright colour! =D
for the guy who keeps saying those chairs are worth money, thanks! my old school closed down and they have over 2000 chairs like these, i got them and im gonna seel em, im rich!!!
sell them
I REMEBER THAT TYPE OF CHAIR BUT IT WAS A LIGHT BROWN AND I USED TO SIT ON THAT KIND OF CHAIR WHEN I WAS IN SCHOOL BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THOSE KIND OF CHAIRS ARE PRACTICALLY ANTIQUES YOU CANNOT FIND THEM NOT EVEN THE WANT ADS
makes you wonder what all those patients did in that hospital all day...
We had chairs like that at the preschool where I volunteered at two years ago!
i love the chair
yeah, you can't find em anywhere in schools or anything, 'cause now they bolt them to the floor! >.> Imagine a world where we didn't expect children to throw chairs...
That's where you get to sit if you can't behave.
ive never seen chairs like that over here (uk )
What makes one think those chairs are worth money? Just curious. Don't look like Eames to me ;)
Might not be a Charles Eames chair..
But it could pass for an ikea chair.
i wonder how the hospitals afforded chairs like that? (lol)
That is an Eames chair. It has been painted yellow. The original color would have been natural wood in either a blond-brown or dark brown color. A genuine Eames would have a tag on the bottom of the seat stating that it is Eames and from Herman Miller.
I normally don't take things from places I explore but occasionally the temptation is too great. I've got a large metal first aid kit I took from a decommissioned military building, a wheel chair, and a weird steam gauge thing, It's got a glass globe and lots of markings on it. Never did figure out what it is.
I THOUGHT IT WAS SO THEY COULD TAKE A DUMP IN THE BUCKET
Man I would have carried that chair with me taking pictures....it would look sweet in my living room!!!
this chair is safe.
Pretty funny to see the standard-issue US Gov't skilcraft trashcan... most of the government's standard office supplies were designed in the 60s and have changed very little since
