i was there for 4 months during the summer of 68 and this was a view form above that left others so low on life, often eading to "the scratch wall"
dont start rumors mike1968, what info or proof do you have? by 1968 i think methods were getting more civilized
Great shot.
Look at those beautiful stair rails. They'd never meet today's building codes; a toddler could easily fall through them. Artistically, it's sad; from a practical point of view I guess it's a good thing "they don't build 'em like they used to."
