we found a bunch of keys, and got some of the locked doors open, yet some still didn't work.
a jail?

They did. And succeeded for a very long time.
that's probably where they did all the experiments on the real crazy mutha fu@@@@s !!! or where they caged them away from the real world and they probably abused the crap out of them down there too!!! like electric shock , ect.
