Oh my...'stairway to hell', more like it!
lol... very pretty :/
Now THATS a Scary Shot!
Omg i snuck in there yesterday and we were trippin on acid and we walked around the whole man bulding it took us 8 hours and we went in to the underground tunnels those are miles and miles long and i took this very stairwell to connect to the main 'chair room' we have tables reciners and allot of stuff down there it is awesome..anyone wanna meet up message me on aim at: usrcrtd and anyone got any scary stories i wanna hear them
Reminds me of the first Silent Hill
Ok. I shoot digital, first off. I probably shood mess with development tricks more in photoshop but I've never thought to until seeing this shot. How the heck - do you develop these yourself man? Awsome lighting work.
On that note, how were you able to get both the lit stuff in the foreground and the light around the edges of the boards on the window as well?
Yep they are all digital... the stuff in the foreground is kind of blown out, so it was a compensation between getting that and the light from behind the boarded door; I should've really bracketed this shot.
OOOOOOOOOOO whats in there?
be careful with those acid trips, you may end up condemed to a similar place as this and not return from the "trip".
yeah i went with a bunch of kids recently the place is wicked intense....
Been There!
this is such deja vu it isn't even funny, my dream last night had me in an old basement and the steps looked exactly like these.
the light shining through the window only adds to the direct impact of horror,
(reminds me of Nightmare on Elm street)
Gonna go there to night.... any tips?
Ah, memories ... I used to do acid, too. And cocaine, and meth, and pot, and cigarettes. After about 30 years of entertaining myself with various chemicals I decided to give it up and grow up while I still had a brain cell left in my head.

Who knows ... maybe I'll remember the next 30 years.
$100 to go in there....HELL NO!
whats with the red thing like three bars near the door
reminds me too much of saw 2.
dude i will go down there for a nickle and a cupcake
That's absolutely freaking creepy. It gives me the feeling that more than one someone has been pushed down those stairs =/

Sweet photo though, the way that it's like the light bits, and the dark corner.
This looks so unreal it really scares the LIVIN' HELL outta me.. o__o (tee hee, aint I a wiseass.. :S Ach, got to get some sleep and avoid making bad jokes..been browsing these pictures and galleries all day.. g _ g It's just hard to stop ;D)

Love the colors anyway.
Ooh pretty angel wings.

I'm looking at that door and I'm seeing this thing flipping the bird. The bird is the top right pane and the face is an eye and nose in the top left, and a big set of smiling teeth in the pane under that... and he could be smoking a fag.

PML! Crazy sh*t.
It can't be the Stairway to Heaven (Led Zeppelin). So it most be the ultimate Highway to Hell (AC/DC).
ok, I'm usually not easily intimidated, even some of the creepiest pics here only give me a little chill, but this? haha THIS?? I don't think I've ever seen anything so damn scary in my life... I wouldn't go down there for anything!!
This picture actully makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
My question is, what tore the steel grate above?
This is Silent Hill Status!
yah that stairwell to hell!
yikes!
these are brilliant references for my project!! :D
Where does that lead to?
