hihi i have to laugh at this pic cuz i remember where i once worked there was the same sink with that water faucet thingy and it was perfect to spray water everywhere and even on others who were bugging me. >:-)

I'm guessing some person took the sink and sold it on Ebay. Alot of people do this all the time. Building shuts down, people vandalize it, and they steal the "good stuff" and they keep it or sell it at a local shop or online.
its a sink thay use in catering if u look agean u can see the sink and the big long thing is the tape it may look like it sient but it is ive used a cupld of them :) big kictens have them
I don't understand why you would take that. It belongs in the hospital not in a two-bit project home. Sorry, mini rant there.
