i agree, that clown scares the crap out of me
This is the kind of that if I saw comming at me in a dark allyway I would try to kill it, or run for my life. The clown is absolutely inhuman looking.
ROFL- conehead clown- now THAT'S scary
no mental hospital is complete without one of those. the one i found was hanging upside down in a tunnel.
Steven King's "IT", can't sleep clowns will eat me! LOL
If you look closely at a clow face, its not a "funny" "humerous" made up face, it is indeed very frightening.... can anyone say John Wayne Gacy?
Clowns should be outlawed. The girl looks happy enough, but then again, she's looking at the butterfly
Very evil....
What is so scary about a clown? Strange indeed.
i like clowns, i like then even more when they are scary looking or killing something/one.
Well, thank you for sharing that valuable bit of insight with us. We look forward to hearing more from you.
O.....KAY
That comment brought to me a vision.....now I REALLY love clowns.
Oh, goodness! Clowns are creepy end of story and cisco is scary too!
thats like....the worst thing i've ever seen.......the painting not the photo :\ clowns freak me out
I think that the clown is smiling because he's about to munch on that giant paint chip.
He's smiling 'cause, he's ~evil~.

He's about to feed it to that young girl and watch her choke on it.
Replace paper targets at 50 caliber rifle ranges with clown effigies. That will be a blast!.....literally and figuratively.
too right-it looks like pennywise the clown from Steven King's IT
Don't forget---they all float down here!

That clown is very menacing-shudder
So funny to see how many people don't like clowns and think they are evil...me included :)
I love clowns: they're good to scare people with! :)
I know a few guys who do the clown thing for the shriners, and they are the kindest, gentlest people I've ever met. I can't imagine any of them doing anything to hurt even a fly. They just happen to look scary as hell when they have their makeup on...
IT the clown..lol
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

clowns are evil
I'm liking you more and more, Johnny.

Yes - Clowns are the personification of all that is evil in the world.
Clowns are not that bad to me. I am not freaked out by them. The giant paint chip actually scares me more.....
awwww i hate the clowns
there's nothing nice about that picture, especially the fact her head is floating in mid air
This clown in pure evil
ahh, the scary clown picture, what collection would be complete with out it?????? ((shudders))
that clown reminds me of my mum....
and they are both evil >=(
is that John Wayne Gacy? Did he go here too?
That clown would look great as a greyshade tattoo
John Wayne Gacy, Tim Curry in 'It", that possessed clown doll in "Poltergiest." Clowns are evil -'nuff said.
I can see where Lynne is coming from--this was probably put on the wall of a childrens ward (or a low mental level adult ward) to make it seem more cheerful for the patients with the bright colors and all.
Still, it does look sort of creepy doesn't it?
Hey, at least intentions were good. :)
coulorphobia= a fear of clowns
coulorphobia=ME
He's so going to eat that butterfly right in front of the little girl.
I don't know, my kids were always scared of clowns, and really, when I think of it, I can't blame them; a strange person with red hair and all that make-up. Now since I've watched IT, I tend to agree with them.
If you want your child to grow up mentally disturbed then simply expose them to clowns.
i really hate clowns.... i think maybe i should face my fear/intense hatrid of them and force myself to stare at the picture....how bout not
ein ganz lieber den ich kenn hat sau schiss vor clowns seit der diesen film gesehn hat^^,mein beileid xxxx
i hate clowns too:( very much!
Clowns are very evil,
Mabye this patient was ill and saw dead clowns!?!?!?!
Oh, you people! First of all, that is a happy, cheerful, sunshiny picture with a happy secure little girl who is enjoying herself playing with the pretty butterflies and the happy clown; second of all... SCARY CLOWN
they are scary thats all i have to say
Dead clowns are freaken awsome!! the living dead rules!!
"Evenflow....
Thoughts arrive like butterflies
She don't know....
So she chases them away....
Someday yet
She'll begin her life again...
Whispering hands...
Gently lead her away
Her away..her away... (Even Flow - Pearl Jam)
I had a client that used to be called Bobo when he was at the facility, and when he entered the community he still was referred to as Bobo. He looked the clown, but he just got stuck into the role that was designated for him from the big house.
that is very freaky, i dont clowns. holy $h!t
IT is a cool movie but IT has made me fear clowns ever since

i am the eater of worlds and children
i have only seen the movie once but i want to see it twice
Why do almost all of the government run institutions almost always have a picture of a clown somewhere ?

All of these clowns always look weird, freaky and a little scary.

Like I said in one of my other comments;

These clowns remind of the clown called Pennwise in Stephen King's novel "It".

EVERYTHING FLOATS DOWN HERE !

Signed: An American Soldier stationed in Germany.
that is funny
BEEP BEEP RITCHIE!
Things like that are very surreal in a spooky way. I wonder what year that picture was from? People had different attitudes about clowns and such in different times.
Some clowns have a strange screeching laugh that can be scary. I remember reading about someone Irish American who's parents banned them from going to a cirus because they considered clowns to be part of some ani-Irish propaganda.
Thats interesting Richard, my grandparents were from Germany. I remember that my grandmother couldn't stand to look or even like talking about clowns. I never really knew why.
oooo!! this clown make su want to run just by seeing it !! it looks this steven king's in the move at first>>33
I am glad to know that I am not alone in my dislike of clowns. And I utterly loathe mimes.

M.Burton,
Crime Novelist
Can't sleep, clown will eat me.
That particular one's not scary, but it looks too glurgy with the butterflies and the smiling girl. It's like trying to force someone to be happy when they don't want to smile.
its become a sort of cliche to say clowns are evil and scary. I think this one is quite pleasant and peaceful, it might have even made a patient smile.
I dont understand how they could have had THAT picture of a clow in a PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL. Its just too crppy for me, but that said people used to have different views of clowns. *shudder*
Don't like this so much. I
O_____0 Woah. Clown Rapist.
why so serious?
That clown iz so creepy i would see that in a dark room jumping out at you with its mouth open ready to eat you and your loved ones
Personally, the second I saw a clown I would have run screaming out of the building (right into the waiting arms of Security, no doubt, but that's okay, if they could save me from the evil clown!)
fuck man that a preatty kool bad ass picher of that clown man if i was that lil girl i would probley be scarryed man,,,,, l.o.l. :)
Scary looking clown.
what the hell are clowns anyway? perverted pedophiles in painted faces??
I have to admit it.........
I'm 15....and scared of clowns....
Haha.. eerie, but add a knife and you'll have six-year-old Michael Audrey Myers..
stop "clowning" around
100% with you Motts. *shudder*
You people need help, its a clown!
