All Lights On

They all lit up fine... needed two shots because it was a really small room.

creepy to know that the lights still worked in all that decay
THE LIGHTS ARE ON PROBABLY BECAUSE ITS GHOSTS.
It's bizarre that they work so well hanging from the ceiling like that...you wouldn't think they'd have enough wire or conduit to hang that far & still stay connected...
Maybe power on because of asbestos removal
the walls seem very thick dont they
did all the lights in this section work?
Only a few rooms still had working lights.
Wouldn't electric in these places be a huge fire risk?

They'd probably blame a homeless person or arson.

I dislike those to be referred to as "they".. lol
Maybe it's a short in the electrical line.
Most likely a mistake or glitch in the grid.
It looks as though someone crashed through the wall in an awful hurry. Superman, anyone?
Two words: Hulk Smash!
Apparently someone was a little impatient. They just walked through the wall. ;)
HULK SMASH!!!
how can a light last that long 24 hours a day
very weird
It was the koolaide man LOL! That thing gave me nightmares when I was a kid, kept dreaming that big pichers of talking koolaide came crashing through my bedroom wall.

As for who pays the bill? Maybe the city? Or whoever is in charge of the working part of the hospital? Surely running a few lights doesn't bring up red flags, so the charges probily just get overlooked and paid without much thought?
