Building 7 is one of the most recently built structure on the grounds (1966). It housed the physically sick patients, administration offices, and most notably, the morgue.

The power continues to run from the basement to the roof, commonly called "The Cube", where antennas are still being used. This building is NOT deemed structurally unsound, which means police have no problems going in there.
