A February storm brewing over Lake Erie slowly crossed Eastward, covering Buffalo and Rochester with a blanket of thick, wet snow. Passing by the Rochester State Hospital, an opportunity presented itself at the Walters Building, and in we went with some friendly local explorers. The structure was pretty cleaned out and in decent shape, with some exceptional areas here and there.
