Effects of Insomnia
Mount Sinai Hospital rose up from Philadelphia like a dark, art deco obelisk, contrasted against the blue November sky. Entering the building went smoothly despite the busy neighborhood in the late morning. The innards of the building were relatively cleaned out and modernized in recent years. Despite this fact, a few rooms held some very interesting objects, such as the x-ray department, morgue, and rehab. The lack of sleep during that week had left me in a funny mood as we explored the old place, so I probably spent more time goofing around than taking photos...
