Creep
We arrived early in the morning; an old secure dormitory building lay hidden behind a 12-foot curved in fence and the tall trees that had grown inside the perimeter. Just outside of that were a few parked police vans... we crossed our fingers and hoped no one was sitting inside one as we slid between them in the darkness.
The building was sealed very well except for one door, which had been blocked up in a curious (and inventive) fashion - this was done by the one person living inside. No one knows much about him, one can only speculate about his origins as his demeanor has been very secretive so far. He will silently creep around anyone exploring the building, taking various back ways and stairwells, constantly remaining in the shadows. Some believe he was a patient here some time ago. Tonight, the door was blocked in a way where he had to have been inside... we proceeded with as much caution and stealth as possible via another path.
The basement was full of mold but contained some interesting items; the first floor was packed full of furniture and rank piles of the resident's trash. The top floor had a thick, foul layer of pigeon droppings on everything... even with these floors being so inhospitable, the rest of the building was quite gorgeous and we spent several hours shooting and exploring. Adrenaline surged through my body during the entire time as I remained alert and ready for the homeless person to dart across the shadowy hallways or jump out from behind a door. A few odd noises were heard from across the building every now and then, where we stood as still as statues, hearing only the sound of our hearts thumping in our own ears... but that was the extent of our contact with him (this time).
