So I was wondering if anyone has been to Centralia PA. I am going there this weekend and just was wondering if anyone has been there or has opinions on it. I was reading and found there are only 8 people living in the town anymore and that the under fires are still burning after some 46 years. I also read the best time to go is when it's raining because you can hear the rain evaporate as soon as it hits the ground. Well just looking for some insight on anyone who has been there.

The average person eats 8 living spiders in their life... unless the first spider is a brown recluse.

I was going to offer that Patrick was there recently, but Sketch beat me to it.
Thanks for finding the older stuff, which I have not seen until now.

Been there twice, really a creepy place.
This is the PERFECT time of year to go, the heat from hot smoke will make it easier to see in the cold air.
Yeah, that sentence made sense right?

Heres my take on it:

You know, we usally give new members algae-ridden coffee, moldy donuts, and funky pizza. Me, i'm a simple man, with simple tasts.

Hows a 40-year-old-40oz. sound?
