heh - and not being aware of the forum, I sent the link to Motts in email as well...

I guess it's a bit better than letting it decay until nothing else can be done but demolish it.  Personally, I wouldn't mind having a unit in there - it would be nice to come home to "The Asylum" at the end of the workday lol
