This place was quite famous in ancient China ,the college was designed by the French missionaries called Hong Chuan
Time flies ;till 2008 She has a full 100-year-old,but she still can not covered  up the beautiful wins.
She still clearly remember that,in order to build her ,marble and wood were  transportating from abroad, the clock tower has been invisible on the stained glass is still shipped  from abroad.Missionaries (her original intention) was impart the senior religious knowledges. The clock tower used to be the worship places.
After  the China's  liberation, she turned into a primary school ,at that time she still  continuation of her first mission.Until the white deer town built a new elementary school(at the foot of it), she was slowly forgotten until abandoned.Fortunately, due to hidden in the mountains, 100 years ago, here have never experienced a large-scale destruction or alteration, the local villagers treat her as it  original builded. From 100 years ago's old photographs, people can see that she is one of those typical European-style courtyard of the building, has a unique Roman-styles and special-mixed architectural styles.College total area of 18,000 square meters, the building covers an area of 2,500 square meters, construction area of over 5,000 square meters. She is such an experienced centuries of vicissitudes and changes in the world .few people know of her existence, until recent years, do not know who found her Unique charms.
However, with a sudden earthquake, only eight seconds, Castle Peak, green water, rouge, white, roses, smiles…… all of it dissappeared^^^^^She died, the people standing before the ruins of her crying in pain, she lying there. The tears seems  helplessness, over the past few days after the earthquake,Sichuan people facing were suffering obstacles, they dedicated to rebuild they homeland and this moving the whole world.I hope she can hold on it while  I am look forward to her to stand up again:)

Wow! Shocked Shocked Shocked America doesn't have anything that beautiful.  Shocked That's neat to see that a wedding couple were getting thier pictures taken there. Imagine if that place were restored, I would certainly book a vacation there.

What a beautiful building!   The double staircase is stunning.    China has some gorgeous countryside,  and the views around this building are really pretty.

Great set!

A truely amazing place, it's in beautiful condition being in an earthquake zone.

c-note
as you know  after the earthquake  this place
are no longer existed, what has been left is just the debris,
why this place can be well protected about hundred year ,cos it's hidden in the mountain area
but only eight seconds all of it has long gone^^^
another thing i was wondering is ,chinese government don't spend much time to protected
it ,that is why the structure are almost unsteadable.
anyway welcome to china:)i would like to be yuor guide:)

what a pity^^^^^

Wesley, this is most certainly the finest picture set you've shown us.

It's truly a beautiful site. What a shame it was destroyed by an earthquake.
