Smiley Smiley Smiley                                                                                                                                                                     Todd, how long have you had the shunt ?  The symptoms you describe maay be related to a malfunctioning shunt,, the feeling that you're gonna fall, the pressure in your head especially.  The feeling that you're gonna have a nosebleed , could be related to a building up fluid.  PLEASE cet it checked out, OK ?

Definitely get it checked out. I can't say I have a shunt or anything, but pressure was the first thing I started feeling when I developed bruxism and TMJ. Pressure in my entire face and head (followed by pain in my face and migraines), it really sucked.

If it turns out not to be the shunt or anything else recognizable, keep an eye on your teeth.

Todd, please get to a doctor. My cousin had a shunt and any feeling out of the ordinary needs to be checked out.

The ER visit is worth it if they can alleviate the problems and prevent a larger one from cropping up.  Otherwise, call the MD who handles it, tell him it's urgent and you need to see him ASAP and have someone drive you there.

cuz all of the docs at the hospital around the corner are all f'ing morons the last time i went there for this they said I was dehydrated without even doing the series of X-rays that they normally do when i have this problem and the other hospital is clear on the other side of town and i wouldnt have had a way there anyway
