Sked, isn't it amazing to think that a house like that was somewhat "stately" when it was built since it's a nice handsome brick home? Gotta love the sort-of oxymoron...Firestone and farmhouse. Nowadays, if "mansion" isn't the second word, the name is widely seen as small potatoes!

This is but one of the many structures located within
Greenfield Village, and yes, it's a beaut!
It was relocated from Ohio, where Firestone is from.
It's still a rather modest size, being only a few rooms;
the many small windows and the perspective conspire to
make it appear to be larger than it is.
I'm just sorry I didn't make it there again today, as the
weather was glorious here.
Oh well, Monday & Tuesday's forecasts are for nice weather...

Oh Ma I am So sorry for you. My head would definetly be in the oven right now. Here in central Mass it's around 75 or 80 today, I divided some perrenials, and it felt so gooood to smell the earth between my fingers! Would yoy like some moonbeam coreopsis, echinacea, thistle or lavender? I'll pray for normal weather for you. It seemed to have skuipped spring here

May the white snow become roses for you Ma! I was suprized to see wild violets the other day in my yard.
So I'll wave the short lived warm air from Michigan in your direction!
