Alright, my two cents:
I am 20 and it's pretty certain that I am going to be infertile. I personally have two qualms in life, and it's nothing against these type of people but just my opinion:
1) People that have abortions or worse, dump their babies in garbage cans instead of looking into adoption. Accidents happen, yes they do. I've had condoms break, etc. but I always did the smart thing: hauled my ass to Planned Parenthood and got emergency contraception or took the "Emergency Contraception" dose of my normal birth control (this was before I found out that my ovaries and eggs are in bad shape). I can understand abortion if it is going to hurt or kill either you or your baby or in a situation like rape or incest. I can't really say that having an abortion because your child will be incredibly disabled is wrong, but it's just not something I think I could do.
2) People that spend $250,000 to have "their own child" when there are thousands of children in Cambodia just hoping that someone would adopt them. Sure, my parents did spend a fair amount of cash on fertility treatments but they had a policy: once they spent over $10,000 or three years, they would give up and consider adoption. Ironically, after those three years and a ton of sex, somehow my mom started puking in the morning and I was born. Best part: I was conceived on Mother's Day. Anyways, spending exorbatant amounts of money when you can have a child that is starving just seems selfish to me. The people that make me want to pull my hair out are the people that say "why do you want someone else's junk?" EXCUSE ME? How do you call a human being junk just because they are orphaned?
Either way, I don't know what I'd do.
I don't think this little girl, as happy as she may be, is ever going to get to make decisions about her surgery. They are gaining both profit and popularity by exploiting this innocent child. If you ask me, her parents are dispicable human beings because they are making an exploit out of someone that could not possibly make the decision to have her pictures posted on the web...

Where is the weight of a child's world when they rest next to a mothers heart and know the safety and love in their arms. Your child is your child, the evil of the world could never erase the joy of love that a child has in their mother or father.
